January 8th 
I will be speaking at the Landscape Ontario Congress in Toronto, Canada. Topics on Tuesday the 8th will be “Landscape Bloopers – garden design: the good, the bad and the ugly” and “Perennial Garden Maintenance – what your crew, clients and customers need to know.”

April 5th
I hope to see you at the Cape Cod Horticultural Conference in Hyannis MA on Saturday the 5th from 8:30 to 3:30. The Master Gardener Association along with the Cape Cod Cooperative Extension is sponsoring a day-long garden event that will appeal to home gardeners and professional landscapers. The program is as follows: 9 AM - Ken Druse, Gardening in the Shade. 11 AM - C.L. Fornari, Myths, Lies and All the Latest Dirt.  1:30 PM Joe Eck and Wayne Winterrowd, Design For Home Gardens.  The cost of the day's events (including lunch if you register before March 17th!) is $45.00 - for more information call the Cooperative Extension at 508-375-6690 during business hours

May 6th
I will be giving my most popular, most requested talk at the Great Island Garden Club on the morning of May 6th.  The talk is "Your Garden Shouldn't Make You Crazy" and it's a potpourri of garden advice from planting to pruning.  This talk is a fundraiser for the club and it will be in the New Castle Common Recreation Building (301 Wentworth Rd., New Castle, NH) starting at 9:30 a.m.  Everyone is welcome.  A $5 donation is requested and the proceeds will be used for town beautification.  Refreshments too! I will be presenting the keynote talk at the Garden Club Federation of Maine Convention in Sebasco, Maine.

Saturday, June 28th
I look forward to seeing you at Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston, Massachusetts, at 1:00 PM.  I'll be speaking on "The WOW Factor" and you'll learn why some landscapes elicit a "Wow!" and some don't. Tuesday, July 22 
I will be speaking at the Perennial Plant Association's annual symposium in Pennsylvania this summer. The conference runs from July 20th to the 26th, and I'll be presenting a talk titled "Guidance to Go - Does Your Business Need a Consultation Service?"
