In Person and Virtual Presentations – 2023

 

Join me at Hyannis Country Garden on Saturday July 8th as I speak about “A Hydrangea For Every Garden.” 

I’ll be speaking on a panel at Cultivate in Ohio on Saturday July 15th. 

Join me at the MNLA Meeting in Marshfield on July 27th. I’ll be speaking about Hydrangeas.

On February 17th and 18th it will me my pleasure to once again be speaking at the Northwest Flower and Garden Show in Seattle WA. On the 17th I’ll be on the stage with my Plantrama co-host, Ellen Zachos, and on the 18th I’m speaking about Hydrangeas.

February 26th at 1 PM I’m speaking at Hyannis Country Garden about growing vegetables in small spaces. This is a free event but because space is limited attendees will need to register in advance.

March 5th at 2 PM I’m speaking at the Brooks Free Library in Harwich, MA. My talk will be “Organic Solutions for Garden Problems.” 

March 12th at 4 PM I’m giving a virtual presentation on successful tomato growing. “Totally Tomatoes!” will last an hour and a half, which includes time for your questions. I’ll talk about growing them from seed, different varieties, dealing with diseases such as early blight and problems with insects and critters. This class costs $10 and registration information is here.

On Tuesday March 14th at 6 PM I’m presenting “Gardening For the Butterflies and Bees” at the Marshfield MA Library.

Sunday March 19th I’m presenting a talk on “Great Plants for Cape Cod” at a lunch and fundraiser for the Hyannis Public Library. Information here.

March 25th – Saturday at 2 PM I’m speaking about Hydrangeas at the Rotary Home, Garden & Lifestyle Show in Hyannis, MA. Information about the show here.

 

Virtual Presentations Still Serve Many Groups Well!

I am speaking virtually to many groups in  2023. Most of these talks are not open to the public, so I’m not listing dates here. If your group is interested in having me present, please contact me. The virtual Happy Hours that I give for Hyannis Country Garden are open to the public and you can check their Events Page for details on times and registration.
