The second year I grew the Can Do Hydrangea, the winter temps fell to minus 9 degrees. Most of the Hydrangeas didn’t flower that year, but Can Do grew back from the roots with flowers on the end of all the new stems. “Finally!” I thought. “A Hydrangea I can recommend to people in colder climates!”
